Providing a Personalized Tenant Experience Across the Howard Hughes Properties Portfolio
In the aftermath of COVID, Howard Hughes challenged us to present a bespoke, optimal customer experience POV to their C-Suite.
To accomplish this, my team and I focused on Salesforce product positioning focused around unlocking customer data effectively to personalize, target, and funnel potential customer leads to the proper HH Leasing Agent. A compelling set of UX mock ups allowed our vision to come to life in a post-COVID era, showcasing virtual touring options and a robust customer portal, and drove home the value of bringing all customer data into a single view using Salesforce to Howard Hughes execs.
